Rachel Okimo.

Rachel Okimo brings decades of experience in movement teaching, mentoring, and wellbeing coaching, rooted in her beginnings as a dancer and performer. She trained in choreography and performance at The Ailey School in New York City and went on to perform internationally—an artistic foundation that continues to shape her creative and holistic approach to movement.

Rachel holds multiple certifications in yoga, yoga philosophy, breathwork, and holistic somatic practices. She is comprehensively trained in the Classical Pilates method and is also a cognitive coach, drawing on the Enneagram and Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1) to enhance the integrative experience of her clients. Her work focuses on transforming ingrained cognitive, physical, and behavioral patterns—offering tools and pathways that open opportunities for lasting change and a deeper connection to body, mind, and spirit.

As a wellness collaborator, Rachel has partnered with some of the world’s leading fitness and wellbeing brands. She has also led retreats, workshops, trainings, and large-scale events, sharing her expertise with diverse communities across the globe.

In 2024, Rachel founded Atelier108, a dedicated space for one-to-one coaching, intimate workshops, and community experiences. The studio was created to nurture meaningful transformation, supporting individuals in discovering renewed presence, self-awareness, and deeper connection through movement and mindful practice.

Susan Lewis.

Susan Lewis brings over 30 years of experience in movement, rehabilitation, and performance to her role at Atelier108. A graduate of Trinity Laban and a founding member of the pioneering dance company Adventures in Motion Pictures (AMP), Susan’s early career took her across the UK and internationally, performing in Europe and Asia and working with leading choreographers including Ashley Page, Richard Alston, Ian Spink, and Siobhan Davies.

Since retiring from performance in 1992, Susan has devoted her career to helping others recover, realign, and thrive. With several decades of experience in the Classical Pilates Method, she combines this knowledge with qualifications in remedial and sports massage therapy, counselling and psychotherapy, physiotherapy, and movement rehabilitation. She has worked with dancers from the Royal Ballet and English National Ballet, as well as elite athletes—including tennis champion Andy Murray—through her collaborations with Fulham Physio.

At Atelier108, Susan’s approach is rooted in restoring balance and ease to everyday movement. She has worked with people from many different backgrounds and bodies, from professional performers and athletes to individuals with neuromuscular conditions, movement impairments, and those recovering from medical treatment or injury. By identifying and resolving imbalances, preventing minor issues from becoming injuries, and re-educating movement patterns, Susan helps all her clients—whether dancers, musicians, or those simply wanting to feel stronger and more at ease—develop resilience, confidence, and vitality in their daily lives.
