Movement has shaped how I inhabit the world — as a way of listening. It has refined my attention to structure and story, and to the body as both memory and possibility. I am drawn to practice that is steady, intelligent, and relational — practice that strengthens without hardening and deepens without burdening.
Movement as Practice
Strength, coordination, and breath are developed through one-to-one training informed by Pilates, yoga, and biomechanics. The work is precise and progressive, developing structural clarity, resilience, and ease in how you move.
“Rachel notices patterns I never would have seen on my own. Working with her has helped me understand my body as a whole, not in isolated parts.”
The Inner Architecture
Physical practice often reveals the patterns that shape how we meet effort, uncertainty, and change. Drawing from the Enneagram and Internal Family Systems, this dimension of the work brings attention to the inner structures that inform how we move and relate.
A Space Designed for Depth
Atelier 108 is the studio I created to support this one-to-one work. Designed with care and intention, it offers a focused environment where practice can unfold without interruption..
“Training here feels both challenging and deeply personal — it’s about developing a relationship with your body that is grounded, intelligent, and truly your own.”
