What Is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a dynamic map of personality patterns, core motivations, and instinctual responses. It helps us understand why we think, feel, and act the way we do — and how we can expand beyond our habits to embody more freedom and choice.

Most people know the Enneagram as a cognitive tool for self-reflection, but it also has profound somatic implications. Every type expresses itself through the body: how we carry tension, how we learn new skills, how we approach challenge, discipline, rest, strength, and even sensation.
