Why the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is an ancient Western framework for personal growth that offers profound insights into motivation, fear, and desire. Far more than a personality tool, it serves as a roadmap for sustainable transformation in body, mind, and relationships.
I’ve used the Enneagram not only to inform my own wellness practices but also to help clients achieve long-lasting, meaningful results. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to harness its wisdom to design self-care practices that truly fit you.

Across interactive sessions, reflective exercises, and guided activities, you’ll:

✨ Honor Your Instinctual Drivers — Learn to balance and work with your innate motivators for growth.
✨ Befriend Your Blind Spots — Explore physical, mental, and spiritual practices that challenge and expand you.

About the Facilitator.
Former professional dancer, Rachel began her movement fascination from a very young age. Her passion grew into a successful dance career in the bright lights of the Big Apple and this is where she also discovered her love of yoga and pilates.
Rachel’s first trainings took her to the backwaters of India, where she spent time immersed in ashram life. Here she continued her exploration of eastern wisdom practices and the study of the subtle bodies. Her time there deepened her knowledge of the body and expanded the awareness to it’s vast capacity to be a vehicle for growth and contentment. Since then she has been facilitating these connections for others.
With a teaching career spanning several decades, Rachel has collaborated with leading brands in the fitness and wellness industry. She has facilitated classes, workshops and retreats, curated events, managed teams, and trained and mentored aspiring instructors.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in choreography and is an E-RYT 500+ senior yoga teacher, skilled in various styles including Kundalini, Hatha, and Vinyasa. She is also a certified comprehensive Pilates instructor and breath coach.
Her wellness coaching approach is shaped by years of experience with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapeutic model, combined with her studies of Western and Eastern psycho-spiritual methodologies, including the Enneagram. Rachel blends a variety of tools into her training sessions to maximise each client's potential, guiding them on their journey toward achieving their most cherished wellness goals.
