The Practice Self program is anchored on four core pillars for comprehensive well-being.

The Program outline: 

The program unfolds over an initial span of three months, a duration that can be extended for an additional trimester at your discretion.

Within the initial stages, I employ an array of diagnostic tools to establish your physical capabilities, cognitive behavioural patterns, and to delineate aspirations, objectives, intrinsic values, and potential impediments that may be influencing areas of growth.

The program emphasises a balanced blend of physical training and cognitive coaching, advocating a comprehensive approach to achieve fitness objectives and emotional well-being. Bespoke programming is essential for the effectiveness and enduring effects of the process with every program accounting for life stage, personal background, physiological characteristics, and unique goals, thereby guaranteeing a personalised and impactful journey.

Accountability check-ins

Foundation Program

  • The customised program spans a three-month wellness reset.

    The program necessitates complete participation throughout its duration.

  • Participation in the program is contingent upon an initial assessment and the completion of a comprehensive discovery session.

  • A fully comprehensive 1-1 coaching and development service that caters to individual health and wellness objectives. Our approach involves a personalised training regimen and supplementary practices that are tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.

    Our first month’s focus is creating foundational practices in all areas of wellbeing.

    Our second month explores discovery and discernment.

    Our third month focuses on our overcoming our blocks to success and sustainability.

  • On Request

Intensives

  • 1, 2 & 4 week intensives to re-establish the foundations of your program outcomes.

  • Participation on the intensive requires completion of the foundation program.

  • The intensives offer 7, 14 and 28 day daily 1-1 personal coaching.

    This programme is great for working with one specific wellbeing goal, injury rehabilitation or time specific transformation.

    Each day is designed to build towards your specific needs so there is sustainable results and a supportive environment for long term success.

  • On request

Ongong practice

  • I offer 60 and 90 min sessions, on an invitation only basis.

  • Continued work with the tools of the program requires completion of the foundation program.

    Clients interested in only working in a 1-1 capacity for holistic personal training, please contact me through the online studio form.

  • These personalised sessions are tailored to your individual needs and client specific goals. The sessions incorporate a variety of training modalities including yoga, Pilates and biomechanical. dance and movement modalities, alongside relaxation and breathing techniques, coaching and personal development. Depending on the experience and needs of the client we may focus on one or various methods to reach the specific wellness goals
